On 12 December 2013 the BRLA held a seminar in conjunction with The Slynn Foundation and hosted by Dentons on “Obtaining and enforcing security over Property in Russia and England (and the expanding role of the Upper Tribunal)” which was followed by Christmas Drinks.

The seminar was timed to coincide with a visit of a delegation from the RF Supreme Arbitrazh Court which was in London on a Property Law fact-finding visit.

Two of the delegation were guest speakers at the event. The full line up was:
